For me, that is where AI starts to deliver real value: not in the hype or the technology itself, but where friction disappears, quality improves, scalable impact emerges and Fluvius can work faster, more consistently and with greater customer focus. AI helps make things possible that simply were not feasible before.
Within AI Factory, I had the opportunity to help shape this approach together with our strong team. And as so often, the biggest challenge was not the model itself, but everything around it: adoption, integration, trust, quality and scalability.
That is exactly where "business value" becomes tangible.
